About Us

1989

RNSV Corporation stands for Romeo Nympha Subillaga Valdez Corpporation, the names of the founders of the company formerly known as GSD (General Santos & Davao) Marketing established in 1989 at Melissa Homes, Leon Llido St., General Santos City, Philippines.

2001

After nearly twelve years in operation, BASF became a valuable partner and ever since had been a vital part of GSD's operation. Product lines include Natuphos, Lutavit SG Blends, BASF Dietary Mineral Premix, Lutavit (individual) Vitamins, Colorants, Carotenoids, and Labiana Lines of injectables and oral solutions. A partner in business was taken in to solidify the market reach and so business in Luzon was born. But in 2001, same venture was complicated by corporate decisions made in Luzon. Partnership split brought the Luzon division to end while GSD continue to operate in Visayas and Mindanao. Subsequently, the original owners changed the name of the company to RNSV and started operating as a corporation employing immediate family members as board of directors.

2003

In 2003, thru the collaboration of original GSD pioneers in Luzon, the Luzon division was re-established. From then onwards, other lines were added to the corporate portfolio. Manufacturer list added Sintofarm, Bomac, IQF, and ADF to exclusive partners.

2007

In 2007, RNSV saw its steady increase in overall turnover. A 15% increase was noted on it year-on-year record. In the same year though, adjustments needed to be made since BASF sold its operation of the Lutavit blending plants in Malaysia and Thailand (for the mineral blends) where RNSV's mainline products are sourced. The Malaysia plant, which was the only authorized BASF vitamin concentrate blending facility due ti its advanced and technologically sound quality control, was awarded to BASF's longtime partner in the country - Gladron Chemicals, whose responsibilities where assigned to its sister company, Ritamix Sdn Bhd, backed by a 21 year contract to source out the individual composition (raw materials) from BASF. Lutavit SG Blends were renamed thereafter as Lutamix SG blends, following the same prefix, LUTA due to every formula's traceability of its individual vitamin sources is from BASF coming up with the slogan - "fortified by BASF vitamins. Lutamix SG line is exclusive to RNSV Corporation in the Philippines as its sole distributor.

Present

Today, we are exclusive partner for the country to: RITAMIX BHD SDN, Malaysia, LABIANA LIFE SCIENCES, Spain, CEVA POLCHEM, India, EW NUTRITION, Germany, BIOCHEM, Germany, and SINTOFARM, Italy now acquired by Eigenmann & Veronelli.

We are present in major markets for swine, poultry, aqua, and ruminants throughout the country. Our exclusive portfolio includes branded pure forms, vitamin and mineral premixes and concentrates, oral liquid solutions and injectables, colorants, anti-microbials and various veterinary and nutritional additives comprising over 100 SKUs in 2 main warehouse sites and 8 satelite situated in prime areas.
